Challenge
A client in the social science sector sought to raise the profile of their newly appointed CEO and establish thought leadership among executive audiences. The initiative required specialized expertise in media buying across prominent regional publications targeting C-Suite leaders, and it was critical to rely on internal resources for strategy and execution within a tight timeline and budget.

I provided a full-content solution for the large-scale brand awareness campaign, conducting a detailed media landscape analysis to identify specific advertising opportunities that would reach top business and policy leaders. I delivered actionable recommendations—including ad formats, pricing, and deadlines—that could be executed entirely in-house within a $40K budget and three-week timeframe.
This approach enabled the team to secure both traditional and digital advertising placements, while navigating constantly shifting media deadlines to maximize the CEO’s visibility. I was commended by senior leadership for my strong work ethic and commitment to a solid work product.
